Horris Hill School

Hello all,

We are interested in Horris Hill Prep school and would love to hear from current or recent parents. Our son will be a full boarder , starting in year 6. We are hoping that he will gain a place at Winchester or Eton College.
We would appreciate any advice from parents who have experience of the school .

My son has secured his Eton place including offers from Harrow, Winchester and Radley.
I must say that joining a new school in Year 6 might make it difficult for your DS and he will need to adapt to his new school in addition to the ISEB test, entrance tests and interview.

Eton is just a brand.
Winchester sends more to Oxford, Cambridge and Ivy league universities.

Horris Hill is a great school

SirMister, Oxbridge and Ivy League are just brands too. You can get a 1st rate education at dozens of other universities.
