Can anyone help I struggle to get my 5 yr old grand daughter who lives with me in and out of school they will not let me park in school car park.
Iv asked to speak to headmaster who won't speak to me
He has sent a letter today saying unless a child (not adult) has a severe medicine problem we cannot allow parents to park on the car park
At the end of the letter it says walking is good for you
When I walk to far not only my bones n muscle hurt it also starts my angina of to
Do have any right
Thank you

The school definitely need to work with you on helping you as her predominant care giver. It's important that you're able to get her to school safely.

I don't think the headmaster can refuse to see you? What was the reason they gave? Very shocking.

Have you tried talking with her teacher and seeing what she thinks?

Also, do you have a Blue Badge? If so, you could park on a nearby yellow line and if it's not too far, make the short journey from there?

If head teacher refuses to speak with you then write letter of complaint to school governors.
