Hi, I m looking in Eastcote (south side upto newnam/north side and Pinner (canon lane side) based on our budget. I was going through the earlier posts, noted some roads referred as ‘black holes’ ie not in any state primary and secondary schools. Which roads/areas should I avoid ? I need to close to met tube station and state school catchment. Thanks
