Can anyone tell me how to find an independent school's constitution?

Do you mean it’s Governing documents? If it’s a charity, they should be on the Charities Commidsion database. Most independent schools are Charities. If it’s not, I’m not sure they have to make them publicly available. Others might know more than me.
