The same thing happened to us when dd was younger. She has her birthday in April and missed the Spring term deadline by a few days.

Your (main) nursery/playgroup should have the forms - ask them for one just after start of term in September. They should give you help filling it in - and then the copy for you to keep (inc a spare in case you use another setting - I think).

Some nurseries just take off the discount from the fees automatically.

most nurserys that are registered will apply on your behalf and ask for your DDs birth certificate. It is for 5 x 2.5 hour sessions per week. If your DD attends one day a week she will claim 2 x 2.5 sessions so you will still pay some nursery fees. Ask your child care provider and they will fill you in!
