Aldro Prep School

We are considering Aldro Prep School for our DS. We loved the Headmaster, James Hanson, but we've heard a rumour he may be moving on. Any truth in this?

Should we be concerned about the admissions day in November? Most of our friends are considering Cranleigh Prep and are heavily tutoring their DC in preparation for the entry test but should we be considering a tutor to get DS into Aldro?
