North London Private School advice pls

I'm living in stroud green and am trying to a school for my DS (4), but am finding the choices are extremely limited. Our closest option is Norfolk House in MH but I'm not impressed by their outdoor space.

Does anyone know of any private primaries which run buses close by to us? I can't do the commute over Hampstead way as we both work, and moving isn't an option for us atm.

No north london school buses?? Anyone? Help greatly appreciated!

Habs has a huge bus network including from Muswell hill, not sure how close that is - you can see all their stops on a link from the Habs website. NH is I gather not an amazing school, bit of an 11+ hot house. NLCS also have an extensive bus network, but like Habs is difficult to get into. there are lots of private companies like this one www.mybus4u.com/school-services.html that do small minibuses, but they may not all take from reception. Have you considered an au pair? Who is going to be with your son from 3.15 if you both work? You need to think of this in the context of the wider childcare picture
