My son received his SATS scores back , he got 92 in English , 102 in maths numeracy and 105 in procedural . I always remember myself being in the middle sets and it looks as though he will also be in middle sets (4 4 4 ) if his work improves in year 6 will he be able to move up to top set ?

That is for the school to answer not MN but it is obvious from the results where your son is weakest and you need to be asking the school how they are going to improve his english
