Hi,
My 4.5 year old boy is currently studying in Babington house school. It has always been my preference when I first moved in to this area 4 years ago. But it seems things have changed recently and I m now not sure about my choice of school for him. I'm looking in to options such as Breaside , Eltham college ( from Y3) and st Olaves primary school.
I have checked the ISI report and most of them are outstanding including Babington house. Not sure what else to look in to ?

I would appreciate if someone can help me ?

Many thanks
Fatima

Write down what it is about your current school you don't like.

Visit the other options and have a look at them and ask specifically how they deal with the issue that you have written in the list. Sometimes just making that list makes you focus on what is important to you.

Your child is still very young and it is difficult at such a young age to aacertain how academic they are likely to be
It may be worth keeping your child in a more all round school until at least year 3 if not year 6 before deciding. My son stayed at a prep where he thrived being at top of top set, enjoyed being head of house, making teams etc. Then at year 9 he has switched to a super selective indie and is enjoying life there- currently doing igcses and will stay for 6th form
