I have two children at Hall Grove at the moment but I don’t think it’s working for them. I am considering making the change to the Marist.

Does anybody have any experience or opinions of the Marist and how is doing at the moment?

Hello I realise you posted this a couple of years ago but I am currently trying to choose between the schools and wondered what you decided in the end and how it worked out? What was it about HG that you felt was not working for your girls? TIA

Hi. I went with Marist in the end. I’m very glad I did. In my opinion, Hall Grove is in my opinion quite a quirky school and very much set up for sporty boys. Also, they are getting a new headteacher next year who I hear is also not a qualified teacher and is new to education. Ex army. They have a few unqualified teachers. They also don’t have a board of governors. The lack of accountability always bothered me.
All the teachers at the Marist are qualified and they have a board of governors.
