I am writing this to warn people about Exemplar Education. Like many other people who signed up to this programme, I am having great difficulty getting out of the contract despite the programme not working.
I have tried to contact them to explain my problem, unfortunately all I get back is "you signed up to a financial agreement". I signed up to a programme very different to the one I am receiving. The sales person said I could get out of the contract if my situation changed. Because I am a single mum therefore was the only adult present when he came round, he is now denying this and it is my word against his.
The programme is out dated, the system clitches constantly and wipes out all my daughter work after she has done it. Thus meaning she is on a level to easy for her.
So far I have paid over £800 for a service I am unable to access. The companies attitude is flippant and only interested in getting the money.
Please DO NOT fall into this trap
