LSA interview tomorrow

I am madly going through possible questions to prepare for my LSA interview tomorrow. If anyone could spare a minute to fire any questions at me, I'd be eternally grateful...... I'm running out of steam rapidly!

This sounds rather ominous, M.S.!!

I'd be prepared to answer how you could best support children eg. making sure you have a child's attention and getting them to repeat what you've asked them to do before proceeding (checking understanding). Also mentioning strategies and tools: now and next boards, visual timetables etc.
At my school we aren't desperate as there's good staff retention and they look for the most effective people as well as those who work effectively in a team.
Really good luck, it's a very rewarding job :)
