Can anyone advise me of any short courses (less than 2 weeks to complete) that are accredited. Any topic, they are to pop on my CV, so must be certified by an official body

I doubt you will find many accredited courses that short. Have a look at futurelearn and open learn for short skills based courses, run by respected unis and institutions, for which you can pay for a certificate. Tbh random ones won't really enhance your cv. What area do you hope to find work in?

Courses in almost any area! Going into teaching, marketing & business 😊

What qualifications do you already have ? Why is the short timescale important? Accredited courses take time and often include work related coursework which is assessed and externally moderated. Some City and Guilds courses can be completed within a term if taken over one day a week but 60+ hours is typical.
