Places for reception September 2018

Hi everyone,

I'm waiting to receive notification of which primary school my DD has a place. Has anyone received emails/letters yet? I have heard that letters were sent out around the 25th march (only heard about this on good friday) but not sure about this.

I'm starting to panic about DR not having a place at all

We only find out in the 16th April (north west England)

I think that's a bit early - we were told the 16th April as a date we'd find out
Maybe it's different in other parts of the country

National offers day for reception places is 16th April, so everyine has another fortnight to wait.

If your friend has already heard, that must be a private school place.

Are you in England or Wales? Then as above, national offer day is April 16 for all state schools.

Private schools will differ, as does Scotland.
