Leadership spine

Hi all,
I am currently on L11 and being moved into an L5 role. No choice. (Complicated) However I am convinced that Leadership points can't be taken away. Am I correct?
Have a meeting early morning and can't get hold of either my union rep OR the National Office.
Does anyone know the answer?

How did your meeting go, squeaky?

I believe that since the changes to STPC in 2013 which also got rid of pay portability you can be moved down any pay spine, main scale or leadership.
