Just that really! English leader here...we are in a pretty poor place 'data-wise' (just below floor standards) and although I can explain it and have very strong track-back evidence to show why this is the case, I'm still shitting myself. I feel sick to my stomach and haven't slept...Head is throbbing and I honestly don't know how I'm going to get through the next two days.

I always approach it with the attitude that they are here to provide a service to you (and ultimately the students) not you needing to provide a service to them...

In two days they will be gone and whatever the results you will be there for the next months and weeks doing your best for the school and the pupils and families, which is the important thing
