Which newspaper for a 9yo?

I can see there are two papers available: the week junior and first week.
Can anyone tell me the difference between the two?
DS is interested in politics (as much as a 9yo can!!)
Thanks

The kids in my class definitely prefer The Week.

I would say First News is a slightly easier reading level, but The Week is more interesting and presented in a more appealing format.

I second that.

I don't know about First News but my nearly nine year old loves The Week Junior. It's accessible but not dumbed down and we like doing the quizzes together. So glad we subscribed!

Definitely The Week Junior over First News for a 9yo. First News would probably be too simplistic for him. It's great for ages 7/8 but The Week Junior is more in-depth and has greater variety.
