Anyone going to this show at the weekend? The talks look good.
Wha kinds of schools are you hoping to hear more about?

Me! We have a 3 year old son and looking to decide between a well established non-selective co-ed 4-18 near us or a high performing selective 4-13 single sex school on the way to work. Looking forward to hearing about advantages of independent schooling at this age, value-added, co-ed vs single sex.

I'm not going, but one thing to warn you about is that once you start looking round stands of schools they all seem to blur in to each other and it can be difficult to remember which is which.

So do try to limit yourselves to serious prospects, and maybe one or two outsiders for comparison. Do not look at every single stand!

And cwharf one thing to check with the 4-18 school is if they have weeding points where exams have to be passed to progress through the school
