Hello, my names Rhodri and I’m a third year product design student in Cardiff Metropolitan University. I am currently working on a my final year project which is looking at educating children on sustainability. Could you please take 5 minutes to fill in this questionnaire. Rhodri, you might want to go back to your survey and add a page/paragraph at the start about what you're going to do with your findings, confidentiality and so on - that's pretty standard practice and its absence might put some people off participating (I clicked on the link to participate but decided against on that basis). Also, you might want to proof-read question 10!

The background is lovely, but it made the questions very hard to read, so I gave up.
I don't mean to cause offence - but my dds survey for Product Design GCSE was more comprehensive than this one.

Rhodri's post indicates what the survey is being used for and the background is great (and does not distract from the survey).

The only thing I would say is after the question about whether you have heard of it the next question should give a definition in case there is someone out there who hasn't!
