Moving to Mid Devon

Hi there,

We have sold our house near Bristol and very close to buying a place we have found in a small village in Mid Devon 25 minutes from Tiverton. All rather scary totally relocating our lives and two boys (9 & 16) but been thinking about it for years now.

Does anyone else have experience of relocating to this area? Any thoughts and advice greatly appreciated!
