Please be aware that developers have submitted a planning application to build 100 houses in the massively oversubscribed Balcarras catchment of cheltenham. They have launched this over a bank holiday weekend and at summer holiday time to try and slip it in quietly.
The planning ref is 17/00710/out. Objections can be made to Michelle.payne@ cheltenham.gov.uk or via the public access planning portal. BE TACTICAL. Planners will not consider school places in an objection so chose another reason to object e.g. Traffic, Increased Flood Risk to the River Chelt catchment, Loss of hedgerows, badger sett,loss of many protected trees, bat habitat.
