I made a complaint about a childcare setting to Ofsted online and have received a folllow up to say that it has been passed to their 'Regulatory officers'. This was a response to an additional email I sent with further info not the initial email.
Does this mean my complaint is being looked at rather than referred back to the nursery or does it mean it hasn't been considered yet?
Anyone experience of this and what this might refer to?
