Hi all , DS is starting school in the September and I am looking for recommendations on labelling his school items and links if possible . I have heard of stamptastic but I don't know how good they are . Anyone everything used them and are any good in terms of quality and value for money? Thank you all

www.nametags4u.co.uk

I get the supatags from them and they are great. Go on anything and don't come off! Ds is going into year 3 and has items which these where put on in reception and they are still going strong.

Just get a fabric pen & write names in MASSIVE letters on the inside of everything. Name labels will get removed by unscrupulous parents who come across lost property.

I bought a stamp! We use easy2name.

I bought the stamp a couple of years ago. Kept it in the plastic bag and it still works. Obviously not on dark items. I just use a laundry marker on those.

I'm using stick-ins for the first time. I usually use a laundry marker but lost property hasn't made it home this yr!

I use a sharpie with either full name or initials. Never lost a thing yet.

I see in name tapes and use Stikins on the other side (to hold the stitches in). Stikins are also good for book bags and the inside of shoes.

I've tried them all and nothing beats a sharpie. Sharpied clothes never get lost.
