I work full time but in the holidays I try to get PIL's and parents and grandparents to have DD - so child minder and I agreed that all hols are half of the price (to keep the space open for DD's return) But then DD does only go 2 hours 3 days a week so it is not too much. When she was smaller I think my old CM and I came to the same sort of agreement.
