Gatehouse school, east London

Hi, does anyone have any experience or views of the gatehouse school in east London? Thank you!!

my friend's son goes there: he loves it and she raves about it. he transferred from a state primary school so has some comparison. Really friendly staff, nice and happy kids, lots of stuff to do... academics cover the basics, but you'll need tutoring to get into any selective schools particularly for maths. ,
