Tutor Doctor - any views?

I'm looking for a tutor to support my daughter who struggles with literacy. I've come across Tutor Doctor who seem to offer what I want but they are quite pricey so I'm keen to know if others would recommend them. Do any of you have experience of them?

You can find tutors on other websites that may be more flexible. I found a great tutor through tutor doctor the first time, but they messed me around the second time and I cancelled with them. The same tutors often advertise on other websites independently. Have a look on tutor hunt
