How do I introduce German as a second language?

Hi there,
I am German, living in the UK with two little boys and am finding it really, really hard teaching them German (this must sound so crazy) because I am very comfortable with speaking English..and everything around them is in English. Anybody got any clever ideas?

Sorry Moondog, maybe my post came across wrong but my lovely husband(who is actually one of the most selfless people I have ever met)does not discourage our kids at all. This was said by him with a smile on his face while hunched over his German vocabulary book! Please do not jump to conclusions...
We are not stopping our kids from learning the language, I simply find it nowhere near as easy as I assumed it would be.
Still many thanks to everyone's contributions so far!
