Hmm didn't really want to ask school, they might know why I want to know adn as it is for a possible holiday during term time, I don't want to mention it until I have to.

Think it will be ok, my dads said probably june for the trip so should be ok.

afaik they don't have a specific date like they do for KS2 (Y6) & KS3(Y9) - they are done by the teachers, over a period of time, so you will need to ask your school.

mid may in midlands - are doing 'mocks' at the moment!

Nutcracker - they are done in may in the Midlands and in Staffordshire. My son is doing his in May. He is also in Y2.
