cardinal Vaughan waiting list

Has anyone received offers of places from cardinal Vaughan school waiting list yet?

I know this post is old but I want to reopen it just in case someone has had an experience. Did anyone ever get into Cardinal Vaughan Memorial on the waiting list? or do parents never reject an offer?

I know a boy who got a waiting list place a couple of years ago, but I think they don't have a numbered waiting list because their only distance criterion is to live in the Diocese of Westminster. So they just keep a list of boys who met the criteria but didn't get a place on the first round allocation, and if a place comes up they randomly select someone from the list. I suppose that makes it less predictable than a normal waiting list where you could find out if you are 1st or 20th on the list.

I know someone who got in last year on the waiting list. He had a numbered place on the list.

Oh thank you @purplegreen99 @Growingboys for the response, great , this gives me hope. I do know Cardinal Vaughan does the lottery system as random numbers are selected. I hope to remain on the waiting list as it's our 1st choice and hope to get in.
