16.2.07. - break up half term
26.2.07. - back to school

30.3.07. - break up Easter
16.4.07. - back to school

7.5.07. - may day bank hol

25.5.07. - break up half term
4.6.07. - back to school

20.7.07. - break up summer

Try your county council website. They should be listed.

Pick up a holiday brochure and look at which weeks are most expensive.... they are the school holidays

These are for Wokingham & I think most of Berkshire is similar, though the training cloures may be different.
But I know that Hampshire's half term is the week after Wokingham's next term because DD is a 6th form colllege there - and I work in a Wokingham school - so no lifts for DD!

Be aware that independent schools will have longer holidays - a lot go back on 9 Jan and finish 23 March, go back 23 April, then finish 9 July.

AS Gem13 said, most local authorities have this and next year's term dates on a website or if not you can phone up the local education authority (or whoever if it is contracted out) or the school...and also most schools do journals for students which have the term dates in
