I saw posts from a few years ago laughing at the irony of asking for apps that help with handwriting. I'm about to ask the same question, my 9 year old boy is really struggling with handwriting and it's turning him off everything. Any suggestions/help welcome. TIA

DS does motor skills worksheets to help with his handwriting. His school use this one:

His handwriting has gone from completely illegible and off the lines to well formed and readable in two weeks. Really impressed with it.

DS is younger than your son, but the programme is used across the school to help with handwriting issues.
