Oundle Pre-Test

Does anyone know about this or have their DCs done it? My DD is doing it soon and just wondered if anyone knows anything about it and how to prepare. Our prep school is not being very helpful!

I'm interested too, btw, because my DS will possibly be sitting them in two years. Have you contacted Oundle to see if they'll give you more information about format and preparation? It's not as if you're asking them to give you answers, but more about what to expect.

Yes they have given us the subjects plus the verbal reasoning but just interested to see if anyone else's DC have done it.

Id be interested in this. We're looking at Laxton, one reason being it might be more straightforward to get in to Oundle. I'm worried that the other local independent schools wouldn't prepare so well as they're nowhere near as academic.

The papers are on the website. My ds did the entrance when we were considering state/ private from state primary and preparation was just looking at these.
