I am due to return to work in November and my employer is trying to change my job, which has been confirmed he would have difficulty doing as I am returning from maternity leave.
He is trying to suggest that I put my 7 month old into not one, but two different nurseries to accommodate what he wants me to cover. I work in early education and know I would absolutely not suggest this to any parent because of stress and attachment issues but cannot find any literature to back up my case...can anyone help?
