Reputable distance learning colleges?

I'd like to do a shortish level two course - I've been looking at NCFE Principles of Dementia Care but something similar would do. That course specifically is offered online in various places but I've no idea which company/colleges are reputable or even bordering on a scam!

Although I wouldn't mind doing it in college, I've noticed the online courses tend to offer a start date at any time, rather than having to wait until September. I'm due to start Open University in Oct so would quite like to start now and get the bulk of this done ASAP.

For info: I'm doing it part out of interest but part because I would like to work in care again. I'm not working at present, and childless so I could actually crack on with it on this timescale :)

Oops, just found out a local college offers it as distance learning, so start any time! Blush As you were.
