Y3 Homework help!

I (or rather he does) need to find information about Spain for DS1s homework. Google and other such search engines are too vast and all the sodding books were out of the library.

Please point me towards nice general info sites where he can print off information to take in?

If there are any online "brochure" type sites about areas of Spain etc they would be good as well as other general info - a book would have been ideal as it gives succinct information and we could have then searched for more detailed stuff in the internet.

He has to then use the info in class to produce an information poster I think.

When ds1 did a school project on Iceland (although that is smaller it's true) we found wikipedia a good start. The box at the RH side with facts and figures is useful. ... some nice maps and so on you could print out. Lots of pictures at the bottom.

more geography and maps ... ds1 (in yr4) did a pie chart of land-usage from the figures at the bottom ... but again that is probably of more interest in Iceland than in Spain!

We saw the enchanted learning one - DS printed out the whole of "words beginning with c" from there I think
