Hi all, DD has been offered at place at both. I know that WGS is always spoken about with reverence given the academic achievements (and I was undoubtedly impressed with everything I saw on the open days etc), but I also was super impressed with Manchester High. It seemed very friendly, very warm, focussed on pastoral care with fantastic facilities and, now I have really looked into it, academic results which are not massively different to WGS, particularly at A level. Anyone with daughters at either school who have a view good or bad on either school? Any feedback most welcome!
