Year 5 Parents Evening - what should I be asking?

Im guessing Y5 is getting more serious now as preparing for going into year 6 - so what questions should I be asking

Is she on target to get to 4b (or whatever the new replacement is) by the end of y6?

Level 4 for English is, I reckon, the minimum to cope OK at secondary with writing requirements of many subjects. Anything above that will be a bonus as far as I'm concerned.

Then all the usual stuff.

I'm not sure there are "specific" things - I think it's more follow up on issues form the year before, check progress etc.
