North London boys pre-preps assessments

Hello All, my DS has just gone through assessments for the Hall and St Anthony's - would anybody know when and how (letter vs email) results are communicated to parents?

Also, DS in on the waiting list for hereward house - so far no movements since offers were originally sent out in July. Does anybody have experience on if / when places do become available?
