Job Share Primary Teaching Who has experienced it as a teacher?

I am currently doing a jobshare with a Year 3 class. I would like to hear from any other teacher who has been, or is, in a class teacher ob share and how they managed, tips etc

I have only ever done it with people I know that I can get in with and have a similar style. I went into their class first to see them at work and then was able to be consistent. The main thing is to communicate and share out the planning.
