AA Road sign to "Sixth Form College Open Evening's"

On one of the busiest roundabouts in the city.

Silly me to think they should have proof read it before putting it up?

Oddly the one on the other side of the road did not have the clanger so it may be that the sign writing company are at fault rather than the college.

But it does not inspire confidence.

Went to Brock this week. It is now very much back on the list due to a specific BTEC and the fact you can do an AS with it.
Shame it's so far away though.

Oooh dear. At Lidl the other day there was 'we apoligise for any inconvenience' but at least they aren't a learning establishment.

My dd will be applying to St Anne's and Richard Taunton. We were really impressed with both - very diverse - but each offers her a different learning opportunity. She now needs to finalise her chosen subjects because they'd be slightly different at each location.

Doglover my DD will be putting in applications to three or maybe 4 colleges, with (almost) totally different subjects! She/we are unsure whether A levels will be right for her, and there are options for vocational courses that she is undecided between.
