Dfes Tagets for Parents

Found a good website link posted by Shnapps? in a Kumon discussion from last year giving targets for parents in Year 2 Maths .Have tried to find the similar one for English/Literacy from the dfes website - any ideas anyone?

How do you find these pages? Whenever I do a search on that website I find something similar for year 6 parents but nothing for year 3 and year 1 (where my children are). Can someone help please? This is exactly what I'm looking for, also targets but also for other subjects. THanks!!

I just come across things when searching in Google, quite often when looking for other things!
Usually these things are targeted at year 2 and 6 in Primary schools due to SATs.
Speak to the class teachers they should be able to give you an indication of end of year targets and advice on practical things to do at home.
I have got copies of maths target booklets by term for each year group - suitable for parents - got them on a course i went on a while ago. Not sure but maybe could scan them and e-mail to you if any use!??!!

Thanks for the link - it has given me ideas to try with DD who is a good reader but struggling with her writing (and really doesn't enjoy it).
