Low nursery intakes, anyone had this problem?

Our primary schools attached nursery has always struggled at this time of the year, but the roll for the next 3 years is looking V poor.
Closure is probable.
Just wondered if anyone else had faced this?

Yes my dds preschool has only 9 children on the books and have had to lose 1 member of staff. The parents have a committee and we are in the process of consulting with Council sustainability people who can advise on marketing, grants etc. If you want any more info, let me know.
