how much to pay...?

My 7y.o daughter's school is 20 mins drive from our house and I work full time so cant do the school run, not keen on breakfast, afternoon clubs again due to my working hours.
A friend offered to do the school runs for us but I am not sure how much to pay her.
Would be grateful for any advice.

We paid £10 an hour but that was to someone who we already knew who helped out with the children at other times and was not a relative or friend

You may need to be a bit careful as it might invalidate her car insurance if you are paying her. I could be wrong, but worth checking.
