If it isn't breaking any rules, can anyone give any tips and tricks with regard to how to approach different question types?

Hiya, I've got 2 kids through the 11 plus myself. I found the videos on you tube really useful in describing how to tackle all the different types of question. Search chuckra 11 plus and they should come up. In my area there are 21 types. The 11 plus forums are also a great tool. Good luck!

Do you mean the 21 types of VR? The IPS books are genius x

I'm not sure. The papers are GL Assessment, and include Verbal reasoning. Thanks for responding!

For verbal reasoning, I can recommend Susan Daughtrey's 'Technique and Practice' books.

That book is what you need, goes through 21 question types with techniques for each one. It's fab!

Hi Everyone.
My son will be starting year 5 in September and I am looking for very good and experienced tuition to help him in English and also prepare him for 11+ exam.
We are based in south west London and I would appreciate if you can help me in this matter and share your views with me.
