Any education themed UK blogs to recommend?

Hi all,
I am a teacher living in Australia and am extremely interested, in a sort of horrified fascination, to read about the education system in the UK, particularly the OFSTED requirements and all the hoops you poor teachers need to jump through. Are there any blogs you could recommend for a bit of vicarious squirming on your behalf?? And also for academic interest!

although wouldn't want to have time in a more outback post so to speak in order to get permanent urban post? you don't always have it easy in Oz either!
