I'm in 3rd Year at Uni and I was wondering if you could help fill in a supermarket related questionnaire for one of my modules, thanks.

It looks like the survey is specific to one branch of Tesco.
This is a national site it's pretty unlikely that anyone will be able to help

I haven't done your survey. I live in Wales and all shops have to charge for carrier bags now and this will be happening in England sometime next year.

I chose the option 'once a year' as I very rarely shop at Tesco, certainly never in Ayr.
I answered the other Q's though.
