Waiting lists - Interpretation of code

I got in touch with the Dept for Education regarding waiting lists. They said it is perfectly acceptable that LA's reallocate places on a particular date to who is top of the list when they reallocate them. They said LA's don't have the manpower to reallocate as they are rejected or work out who was top of the list then. I am still going to mention it at my appeal and see what the panel think.

Does your LA have key dates for the reoffers?

No not really there was one end of March think the others are done as and when. Thanks for good luck.
