On your other thread, you were advised that the best course of action was to speak to your dd's teacher or HOY. Have you done this? If not, is there a reason, as they are best placed to help you? If you have spoken to them, do you not feel that they are providing sufficient support to you/your dd?

I don't know about that particular problem but it looks like from the ofqual data here that up to 5% total mark adjustments can be made, I'm not sure in this case if that would be instead of allowing the CA to be counted.
