School Governors Complaint Procedure

I have been informed by the Anti Bullying Co-Ordinator that the Chair of Governors has X days to reply to my complaint.

Does anyone know how many days it is?

There is no universal answer. Each school sets its own complaints procedure including the timescales for response.

I had a brainwave & contacted the council's Governor Support thingy, it's 20 working days.

Builders Bum, that may not be the case, as prh says each school has their own complaints procedure and although they may have adopted the LA boilerplate policy they may have amended the response times.

Also remember that working days, are school working days so if there are holidays then the clock stops and start on the return to school date.
