I have been working teaching Art in a Private sector 4-18. Initially, I was employed to teach KS3,4,5. Then it changed and I was timetabled to teach KS2. it has been for few years now and feel frustrated. talked to Head of department, Senior management- but as there are not enough classes

Do you teach the older ones as well as KS2? Who is teaching the older ones that you were doing before?

Nothing wrong with key stage 2 Art. - our Head of Art loves teaching them whilst they are all still keen!

It will hardly ruin your career. Hmm

If you are that unhappy, look for another school. However, you can also be timetabled to teach outside of your subject in any school, so be happy you are still teaching Art!
